Omaha newborn gets a kiss from Pope Francis in Philadelphia

An Omaha family got the thrill of a lifetime when a member of Pope Francis security detail took young Felicity up for a kiss and blessing.

Five-week-old Felicity Palmer of Omaha got a blessing Saturday beyond what the average newborn gets at Sunday church a kiss from Pope Francis.
And to think her familys pilgrimage to see the religious leader in Philadelphia almost didnt happen.
Colton and Stephanie Palmer planned the trip quickly, just a week ago when their daughter was baptized. It all happened under almost miraculous circumstances.
The pope just fit so well for them, said Coltons mom, Shari Palmer. They want to be givers in the world and be a godly family.
