Prayer rally for Kim Davis draws 100,000?

No, 100,000 People Did Not Gather In Peru To Support Kim Davis. Here’s Proof.
http://thinkprogress.org/lgbt/2015/09/28/3706199/kim-davis-prayer-rally-peru/

Embattled Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis was the guest of honor at this year’s Values Voter Summit.
Mat Staver, chairman of the Liberty Counsel, which legally represents her, praised her courage and claimed that 100,000 people had attended a prayer rally to support her in Peru.

Staver posted the following image at the summit to support his claim,
except the photo is from a prayer rally in May, 2014 having nothing to do with Kim Davis.

(Doesn’t lying break one of the '10 Commandments'?)

Although I'm disappointed that 100k people turned out there for a prayer rally of any sort.

I'm not a big fan of "prayer rallies", since the whole concept contradicts what I was taught, namely that prayer is a private matter between you and God.

I suspect there are a lot of evangelical born-again missionaries in South America, and elsewhere.

John 8:44

44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

These republicans playing christians could care less about the truth. They worship $$$ and power above all else. They really are disciples of Ayn Rand not Jesus.

It is so easy to see the wolves in sheep's clothing. Like Trump the other day at a press conference waving around a bible and claiming to be a believer...LOLZ!

Their archrival Michigan's stadium holds about 100,000.

Here goes:

"What does an idiot say? Dah.

What do two idiots say? Dah dah.

What do 100,000 idiots say? Dah dah-dah dah dah dah dah (to the tune of the Michigan fight song ).

And they're using John Oliver's joke "Peru, a country that you think about so little, you probably didn't realize this isn't Peru."

But I'm guessing that they're not that clever.
