Rose Gladu knew her 16-year-old daughter Gabrielle had been waiting over two months for her name change to be made official. The supportive Ontario mother decided to let her daughter know the paperwork had come through by etching the announcement in icing on top of a chocolate cake.
"Congratulations, you are now Gabrielle!" the message says.
"Your name change came through"
