Local resident Chasity Arwood told the station the boy wanted "to see a puppy" Dyer was playing with, before "the little girl laughed and told him no, and that was it."

(1,958 posts)In my state there is a law that says in homes with minors, all guns need to be either disabled or locked up. Ammunition needs to be locked up separately.

And
If you lose it or it is stolen - you pay a $1000 fine, first offense. $5000 second offense. Jail third offense.
