While no concrete evidence has been released to validate the claims made by the questioner, Gawker notes that there have been questions asked about Rubio's past. Some information that has been released has been allegations of Rubio fathering two children with a woman other than his wife, while also impregnating a Florida lobbyist who ended up getting an abortion. None of these allegations have been proven to be anything more than just rumors.
