Can someone remind me what the US is doing in Afghanistan??

Trying to catch Osama Bin Laden?
Trying to avoid the danger that the Taliban poses to the US?
Who are we killing there? Why?

had the power to hand us Bin Laden refused so to do. So, our honor demanded we bomb farmers with bombs by night and with peanut butter by day. Then, it got really silly, yet deadly.

I keep wondering when we will finally learn the lessons of Korea and Vietnam.
