If it's this hard for Republicans to pick a speaker, will picking a candidate be any easier?

It's a rhetorical question.

One can't imagine the GOP convention be a smooth, slick operation at this point. Oh, it could be "media-friendly" all right, but for all the wrong reasons (from a GOP "message control" standpoint...)
