I'd say go back to counties. If you live in a county that is who you vote for. Unfortunately the minorities get squeezed out of having any representation at all. If gerrymandering stopped, republicans and democratic politicians would lose seats. It is a mess though I admit.

And the DLC type Democrats have tried to compete with the big money by compromising the middle class right out of existence.

Then I watched Cenk, debate Ann Coulter, who claims Democrats are making America a third world country.

Tax cuts for the billionaires and corporate interests are really what is turning us into a 3rd world work place.
