Teenager asks cop for help, gets slammed to the ground and handcuffed

Two teenagers were being harassed by another teenager and an adult. One of the harassed teenagers asked a cop for help and for that he was slammed to the ground and handcuffed.

Police should be tested for them. I can see obvious signs of steroid use in my local cops.

Granted, I am not against that, and in fact applaud the idea of having military serve as police.

However, the training needed is completely different, and there needs some time to adjust. One can not treat the civilian population in the US like one would treat those from an unstable region. One can not go with the mentality that everyone is there to hurt you, and being hyper vigilant with an aggressive response.

There really needs to be an adjustment phase, and I think it is important.

tried and true ways to condition everyone to not making them actually do their jobs. I once knew a guy who said the best way to condition his wife to stop demanding that he do housework was to break some of her favorite dishes and/or household treasures while doing housework so she would stop demanding he help her to save her things from his ineptitude in doing the chores.
