It turns that there are some Fox News lies that can land that can land a person in prison. Wayne Simmons is facing up to 35 years in prison after he lied about working for the CIA for 27 years.

Fox news has not addressed this issue on any broadcast. If you watch Fox this has not happened.

Cavuto, I think his name is. He took full responsibility for inviting him on his program a few times. Said they were taken in and failed in their due diligence.
