It was Clinton's fault for the first WTC attack when he was in office for a month after 12 years of Rebublican control.

AND, what did the Bush admin do in the seven months prior to the attack? We are aware of ignored briefings and Richard Clarke warnings. How in both cases can Republicans blame Clinton, it appears your party is unwilling to accept any responsibility, so why should anyone vote for your candidate?
