It is hard to not invade other people's and animal's space with those things. That is why people buy them I think.
I was on the Big Island of Hawaii last summer looking at the Captain Cook obelisk across the bay.
A family with a drone and camera on it was constantly flying it over us and out to sea filming themselves. It was rude and insensitive but they didn't seem to care.

The funniest part is that most will take two or three flights and end up in closets with corroded battery terminals.
If they don't, tennis racquet sales will soar, people buying them to swat them down when they invade the privacy of back yard, pool, or (shudder) hot tub.
