Ryan Budget Would Shut Down All Govt Except Military. Would He Still Get Paid.

If Ryan's budget were to actually pass all government would lose funding except military budget. Now would Congress still be in operation and would they get paid were such a budget in force.

... if he's going to deny government assistance to everyone else so that they can't get degrees, shouldn't he sacrifice his?

And it's not like he's needed it for the only jobs he had which was driving this tub and then subsequently becoming a crook working or the Republican party.
