Rainfall rates of up to 4 inches per hour were reported in Texas on Friday morning

Damage was seen throughout small towns outside of San Antonio, Texas, on Friday morning as reports of tornadoes and flash flood emergencies caused road closures and evacuations in Comal, Hays and Bexar counties, according to the National Weather Service.
