To all the businesses that are open today

Thanks a big bunch. Gave me someplace to hang, someplace to eat, to shop.. Not too big on the pajama thing after noon, but I am glad you were open.

I used to tend bar and would always work on the holidaze. Tips were great, the vibe amazing and I always let the people who had been 86d in if they were with their families.

and they are sometimes taken for granted. But if you're in transportation, medicine, hospitality, law enforcement, firefighting and a few other areas, you're probably going to be working. Thanks to all of you.

Hell, the phrase "holiday hours" didn't even exist.

money in them to him. Of course he's been there quite a while and they love him so that helps. He's single and always works the holidays...

Gave my employee who worked double pay.. She was appreciative.As I was of her.
So were customers who lived alone in L.A. and wanted to get out..

There are a lot of places open on Christmas Day, most notably, movie theaters.
