are kryptonite to Congress-Man: Booze (or dope), lobby money, and illicit sex. Wiley got two in this 'toon. Waiting for him to show us Congress-Man totally limp and wrung out by a weekend of steamy illicit sex ("sorry Honey, but I have stay in DC this weekend to finish a bill -- we're working night and day on."
