Perhaps we should limit refugees to families only... though the shooters in San Bernardino were a family.

Or accept only ones with family here?

Honestly, I have no idea what the solution is.

1. Maybe the silver lining to the American stereotype

of most Americans being pistol-packing cowboys is perhaps fringe groups of perverted criminals would less likely to try such things ... at least in public.

For example the Cuban immigrants in Florida, the recent ones go out and get a gun right away and add to the high crime in some neighborhoods there.

5. Obama knows what he is doing, and he will prevail. We will offer homes to many, many refugees.

We will bring more of these poor people to safety on our shores.

In 2017 it will continue under president Clinton or Sanders.

We will not be stymied by Islamophobes or frightened into inaction.

I just fear that the American public is being unduly influenced by fear mongers. I do however believe that President Obama won't be swayed.
