The over all intent of the militia movement is to have sovereign enclaves free from federal and even state authority. We have seen some attempts to turn local communities into mini nations of their own. Religious beliefs are also all a part of that same scheme. As these extremist claim the Constitution they aim to dismantle it. It is all a ruse.

Are already quietly buying huge old ranches in Idaho and Montana, and then blocking access roads that run through them, so people can't reach the public lands to hunt, fish and hike.

5. In all honesty: There should be a legal process to become a sovereign citizen.

That life of freedom can be yours.

- Laws would no longer apply to you.
- Never paying taxes again.
- Do what you want.
- All you have to do is avoiding use of installations and services that other people have paid for with their taxes: roads, police, firefighters, hospitals, courts...
- Any crime committed against you would no longer be a crime, because laws no longer apply.

7. I've been following this shit for years. Those people are dangerous....

They are armed and living in a delusional world of their own making.
No government can allow this to continue.

Question is... why are these people allowed to continue.

A guy rear-ended me a few years ago. Not much damage, but he refused to wait for the cops. They had to go get him, and when I was called to testify (he fought it in court) the guy's defense was that he is a "sovereign citizen" and not subject to our petty licensing and traffic laws. He went on and on about it.

The judge was unimpressed. Threw the book at his ass. He's probably worse, now that the Oppressive Regime has fucked him over.
