If Reagan were President, ISIS would be scared sh**less and running for cover.

So say the repukes and their latest talking point. Guess they forget 1983 when Reagan turned tail and ran when all those Marines were killed by terrorists.

in 1945, when he was actually watching the film footage from Hollywood. He never set foot in a war zone. Spent his WWII days doing film work in Hollywood.

His appointment of Scalia stands out as his most damaging act ever to our Constitution. Scalia would revoke our entire system of jurisprudence and bring us back to a theocratic monarchy circa 1500. He would take the vote away from women, and would not honor any of our secular rights and freedoms. He would allow spectral evidence in courts again as in his accusations of Devil worship by atheists; would allow religious testimony to be used to accuse people of possession by evil spirits (ie Nancy's horoscope readings); and probably would abolish trial by jury. This are treachourous acts and the man is an out and out traitor who wants to destroy our democracy.

Ryan's hateful looks during the Obama speech reminded us about the stonily cold Inquisitors who tortured millions in the worst crime in all history which the Church got away with. Ryan is the sort of right-wing Catholic fanatic who would be pleased to see a rerun of that abomination with the liberals and progressives as today ‘s victims. He is one bad guy. Reagan was the same sort. He said the USA should be run on the principles of Jesus Christ and received the Knights of Columbus's chief award for his support of their funding of Latin American and Asian death squads. These 2 guys are twin bad asses.

and supplying weapons to "freedom fighters", and for supplying and advising BOTH sides in the Iran-Iraq war, and for flooding the most volatile regions of the world with advanced weaponry, and for training and supporting Osama Bin Laden and the precursors to the Taliban and Al Qaeda.

But thankfully it all worked out in the long run.
