http://blog.theanimalrescuesite.com/duffys-rescue/?
Duffy was found in a puppy mill. He was severely matted, starved, and neglected. Yet, you can see this dog is a fighter and has a heart of gold. He literally puts his paw in the hands of his rescuer. His amazing transformation makes me believe anything is possible!

(45,806 posts)1. Thank god for rescue groups! I belong to one and have fostered more than
30 dogs over the last 15 years. Nothing is more wonderful than seeing a poor unwanted animal given medical care, fed & loved, and living in a home where everyone loves them and they love each person just as much. I have two furballs now that I failed "rescue 101" and ended up giving them their forever home. I can't imagine life without them.
