GOP Debate, my take.
Here's how I thought they came out.
1. Wee Marco (Rubio): Boyish little guy really knows how to stick the knife in and twist it. Quick on his feet and glib as they come.
2. The Donald: Did his usual Trump thing and overall it worked. Was not bloodied. Loved the way Neil Cavuto started debating him over tariffs-Heresy! Heresy! His defense of New York was eloquent.
3. Dudley Dooright (Cruz): The smirking king of smarm got some big cheers when he bashed the New York Times but was bested by Trump and Rubio several times.
4. Blue Collar Johnny (Kasich): Least scary of the lot which isn't saying much. Kind of faded into the woodwork--not a crowd favorite but since no one was paying the least bit of attention to him he remained unbloodied.
5. Jeb! (Bush): Not a bad night for him unfortunately that ain't saying much.
6. Jersey Fats (Christie): Such an angry man--maybe he needs to lay off the sugar. Nothing new from him, seriously if I every hear him boast of being attorney general after 9/11 again I'm going to smash my computer.
7. Dr. Wake Me When It's Over (Carson): Is it just me or is he about to go into hibernation.

Not a surprise. He could do nothing but fart the entire time and he'd still win these polls.
