...time will tell, but his comeback to Cruz was very strong. I mean, I can't stand him or Cruz, and I can't believe the GOP has come to this, but I thought he handled Cruz well on that interchange.

He lost because he doesn't realize that hating NYC is red meat for ignorant plug uglies who will never be able to afford to travel there, especially in the south. Despising NYC, a place they've never seen, is almost as big a religion as being Southern Baptist is and one of the main reasons they send such useless, witless politicians to DC. They do love pissing off New York City boys.
