Vs. and Vitalogy are also really good.

You should also check out Mother Love Bone (which was basically Pearl Jam, pre-Eddie Vedder) and Temple Of The Dog (which was a tribute to Mother Love Bone's Andrew Wood, and featured both Chris Cornell and Eddie Vedder).

I'm a huge Pearl Jam fan (HUGE) and I think Yield is their best. Ten is lots of people's top pick, and it certainly has the most songs that most people know, but I think it sounds a bit dated these days, and I think Eddie Vedder's voice wasn't as good then as it became later. No Code is a close number two for me.

Enjoy! And if you start down the road of LIVE Pearl Jam, oh what a treasure trove awaits you.

[edited to add]Oh. And if you haven't seen it, this video of EV introducing Obama at a fundraiser is well worth your time.

gets overlooked due to the insane sales of the early stuff.

but once the hype died down, they recorded their best work on it.

Other favs: No Code, Binaural, Vs., Ten
