It is almost certainly written by Nancy French, who was the ghostwriter on Bristol's book, and who also blogs at Patheos.

French is paid and directed by Sarah, and I would be amazed if Bristol even reads her own blog. Nancy writes about something, Bristol links to it in one of 'her' posts, and then Sarah links to Bristol's blog in a Facebook post.

My favorite 'Bristol' posts are the two that weighed so heavy on her mind she must have been working on them while she was in labor at the hospital on Dec. 23:

Simply stated, she successfully introduced the Amendment which made it a felony charge in all 50 states if you come a' knockin' while the van is a' rockin'...
