Chris Hayes

There are nearly 9,000 children in Flint. If you are a parent...just think what you'd want to do tothe person who poisoned them.

Mark my word - Snyder will resign. This is not going away - it's getting worse and ReTHUGs want it to go away.

The agency has a big part that seeking legal okays seems a tepid defence in mass poisoning.

I am not sure who the national Journal or this columnist are, but this line does NOT fit my own observations/beliefs

"I believe he (Snyder) cares about the people he serves. So does Obama, for that matter, and most other politicians I know."

The state from governor down stonewalled. The EPA also knew for many months and sat on it. If your agency has protection as part of its name and didn't assert itself, then they are also culpable and needs to say more than they were waiting for legal sanction instead of blowing the whistle. The Republicans want to get rid of EPA this is grist for their mill.

Tragic though. That is the line the EPA is taking. Somehow if my child or me was being poisoned by lead and I had any legal recourse I'd take it and I hope they win.

After last post, I saw President Obama on Lawrence O'donnell stating how mad he would be if it were his children and is personally seeing that what can be done will be done. Smart and compassionate at the same time.

will most likely be permanent mental disability for the children of Flint. Thousands of lives will be forever changed b/c of this.
The ppb's. of lead, that these kids were drinking is so cruel just so the state could save $$ and privatize water..
