What we are witnessing is the Pandora's Box of the so-called second amendment. And the truth is, it is too late to do anything about it. Whatever action the feds take will set off a reaction from other arsenal bearing lunatics. If they wait to arrest these fools at their homes, they would likely face weapons there too.
So who has the power now? What is safe from being taken over by a group of weapon bearing people who have any crazy idea they can come up with? It does not even have to make sense as the Bundy group does not. Are national parks next? How about city parks?
There is a convicted murderer carting around a weapon at Malheur (see oregonlive.com) and you can bet every one of these fools has their own stockpile of weapons. While they desecrate archaeological sites, use federal material to build roads, access private information of employees, damage property and generally stink up the place, nothing can be done without bloodshed and deaths.
This is the end-game of our gun culture - the most insane among us have the power.

Im afraid to go back at this point, said a refuge employee in an exclusive interview Wednesday. I would say that this is the most disrupted my life has ever been.
OPB agreed to withhold the identity of the employee because armed militants who took over the refuge have made threats against federal employees.
