The proper name of this storm is "Snowzilla: Make Winter Great Again."

Here is the methodology used to arrive at this name.

We’ve thought about it long and hard this morning and although Make Winter Great Again has the most votes — and is certainly hilarious — it doesn’t make for a good name, or a good hashtag. So we’re going with the runner up: #Snowzilla!

Snowzilla makes so much sense to us because of its perfect nod to this “Godzilla” El Nino. And quite frankly, this could be a Godzilla-sized winter storm.

It makes me think of that broken Speak and Spell the word salad making chef of all time, the Snowbilly from Wasilla, the half brained half term Governor Sarah Palin.
