Bluetarpman's Shooting. Edited Version of FBI Video

It is an edited version of the longer one. They drive for a couple minutes, then cut the 3+ min they sit still, then drive again. About 6 min mark is where tarpman drives into the snowbank, gets out of his car. He raises his hands, then reaches for his waist several times and is shot.

I don't see him charge the authorities, but he did reach for his waist several times and was known to be armed and dangerous.

It is from a distance, but is clear enough to see him move his arms and drop onto the snow.

1. Pretty obvious suicide by cop...

He makes three distinct movements for the gun, but it's pretty obvious watching the first one it is intended to draw fire.... 5:45 the truck slams into a snowbank, 5:55 he exit the truck with hands up,6:02 he makes the first obvious feint towards a gun, and by 6:08 he is shot and down...

It's hard to say for sure because the video is blocked for an instant, but the guy that ran out trying to stop him appears to be laying in the snow and doesn't get up for a few moments.

4. Interestingly,

after watching this and seeing what happened, my TV happened to be tuned to a mostly RW local news station (Sinclair affiliate). On their news they showed a short clip from this where Finicum gets out of his truck and puts his hands up but that's where the clip ends. It doesn't show him reaching for his gun. Edited this way it would conveniently support a story about a martyr who was gunned down by the gummit when he had his hands up. We'll see.
