Except of course the one hand that was slightly "up" on its way to reach inside his jacket.

I wish he wouldn't have been killed, but I see a helluva lot more justification for a cop shooting in this situation than in the Tamir Rice or Laquan McDonald cases.

There seems to be a couple blurs coming from the gun. Has it been reported that Finicum took any shots?
