Poll Shows Almost 20 Percent of Trump Supporters Disapprove of Lincoln Freeing the Slaves

Posted on Feb 24, 2016

Just when it seemed as if the bar couldn’t go any lower, a new poll has found that nearly one in five supporters of Donald Trump don’t approve of the freeing of slaves in the Confederacy.

I am amazed that it is only 20%. Or perhaps only 20% will admit to how they feel. guillaumeb Feb 2016 #3

Okay, I know it isn't satire, because if it were satire, the percentage would be something like "94 per cent".

Sigh.

Recommended.

And this is one reason to know that no matter who the Democratic nominee is, that candidate will be a far superior candidate to any GOP candidate.

Apparently despicable folks dressed as the KKK with Trump signs showed up during the Nevada vote.

KKK Leader Finds Donald Trump a Great Recruiting Tool

Senate's leading the way I guess, setting a fine racist example for the country: blocking the black president from rightfully appointing a Supreme Court Justice ... after obstructing everything else he's tried to do over the last few years.

Unarmed young blacks shot down in the street by cops. I've lost count ...

I do not know what to say about this disgraceful ignorance any more. There was a time I thought we were getting past this - that things were getting better. It seems to be getting worse. Maybe it's always been there and is just coming out more. I dunno.

But yes, they've been fervently against him since before his inauguration.

Putting their hatred of a black man ahead of what is best for the country ... pure unrestrained racism.

And the big corporate guys Hillary chums with who fund this charade .... they obviously want to keep it that way.

One day, I hope we can put together a BIG coalition of AAs, Latinos, Native Indians, Asians and unbigoted whites and throw these ignoramuses out. Just bury them politically so they can never come back.
