Until tonight I was worried the wall wasn't going to be a "serious wall"

Trump assured everyone that that wall wil be "serious". I thought it might be lackadaisical or slackery even sedate. Nope that wall is going to be SERIOUS.

Oh and Apple is going to re-align their whole business model.

and told him there was no way Mexico would pay for Trump's crazy wall and he said "that's OK Trump will just withhold the over @200 million a year we give Mexico in aid until the wall is paid for". Do all these people really believe this stuff? Sometimes I think this is all a massive, well planned troll.

Does America really give $200 million in aid to Mexico each year? Could Trump actually keep the money from Mexico? Congress is the branch of government that distributes money? Would Republicans in Congress really cut off aid to Mexico?

In FY 2015, the United States will partner with Mexico to consolidate and institutionalize progress made as a result of ongoing bilateral security and environmental cooperation. To support the President's Global Climate Change (GCC) Initiative, a strong partnership with the Government of Mexico and other stakeholders will promote clean energy adoption, low carbon development, and sustainable land use and forest management to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Mexico is a global non-proliferation partner, and related assistance will focus on enhancing Mexico's capabilities and commitment. The U.S. government and Government of Mexico will continue to adjust security cooperation to reflect shared priorities. By weakening transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), reforming the institutions that sustain the rule of law, creating a 21st century border, and building stronger and more resilient communities, the United States and Mexico will ensure greater prosperity and growth on both sides of the 2,000-mile shared border. Trump is going to seize the trademark for the letter "I". Apple will have to sell plain old "pads" and "pods" and Donald will own "I am Great!", "I am Huge!" etc. etc.....

"a “real wall” he said. And that it will be one that “actually looks good, you know, as good as a wall is going to look.”" http://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/donald-trump-says-his-wall-would-cost-8-billion

According to CNBC it'll likely be more than double that, between $15 billion to $25 billion.
http://www.cnbc.com/2015/10/09/this-is-what-trumps-border-wall-could-cost-us.html

However, here he says it will cost $10 billion to $12 billion and, "he vowed to leverage the $58-billion annual trade deficit the U.S. has to Mexico".
