I hope Trump wins the votes; it goes to a brokered convention; the RNC taps Cruz; Cruz is deemed not a natural-born citizen; the RNC goes groveling back to Trump who refuses to return and runs an independent campaign; the RNC is stuck with Rubio; Bloomberg decides if Trump is running as an independent, he will too.

Not the most likely scenario, but it would be entertaining.
