Donald Trump ally Roger Stone said that Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano is "probably Trump's number one pick for the U.S. Supreme Court." Napolitano believes in 9/11 conspiracy theories, is a "contrarian" on President Abraham Lincoln's legacy, and doesn't believe "the right to vote" is a "fundamental right."

Stone is a disreputable political dirty trickster who was recently banned from CNN for sexist and racist tweets. Stone worked as a paid adviser for Trump's campaign last year and is currently heading a pro-Trump super PAC that is trying to "stop the Republican establishment from stealing the Presidential nomination from Donald Trump!" Stone has said he and Trump "talk on a semi-regular basis." During a February 28 interview, conspiracy radio host Alex Jones introduced Stone by saying he had just spoken to Trump for "45 minutes." Stone said on WIOD's Fernand R. Amandi this morning that he "spoke to the candidate last night."...

Stone responded, "That would be a superb choice. On the other hand, I frankly think that he's probably Trump's number one pick for the U.S. Supreme Court, where he would probably go down as one of our greatest justices."

He added, "I can't think of anybody who'd be a more fitting replacement for the late Judge Anton 'Nino' Scalia than Judge Napolitano ... I think that's exactly the right spot for him."
