he is certifiably insane and has been a long time. I'm surprised he wins elections. how he does it is what he tells people and what he does are so far apart that no one can see one from looking at the other. For example look at the picture they always use in the 'news' and an actual picture of him, worlds apart. He's older than dirt but the photo they use is from 50 years ago taken during the era of when he was mayor of Tulsa, a disastrous mayor at that.
