Pres. Trump will restructure the US Government. The Dept of State will be blended into the command-and-control apparatus of the new War Department Administration, thereby eliminating the old arguments (and stalemates) between guys like Rumsfeld and Powell. That's it, all the other government functions will be run out of the White House by awarding trillion-dollar level contracts to buddies of the president. Here's the best part: the actual wars will run out of the White House, also thru the use of trillion-dollar level contracts to Trump Enterprises. As for the other stuff like the domestic civilian programs that government does now, well, that is severed. We just don't need it.
