If the Senate rejects Obama's SC nominee, or worse yet, won't even conduct hearings or a vote, I

hope that no matter who is the Democratic nominee, we not only win the election, but also have a Democratic majority in the Senate, and that President selects the youngest and most liberal justice they can find.

That would be the best prize.

It is also very likely that in the next four years, one or more SC justices will also retire. Another reason why we need a Democratic president and senate
