Fuck you Mitch McConnell .... No hearing for Obama's Supreme Court nominee, McConnell says

“The next justice could fundamentally alter the direction of the Supreme Court and have a profound
impact on our country, so of course the American people should have a say in the court’s direction,"
he (Mitch McConnell) said.

The American people have already had their say in the 2012 election and President Obama
won in a landslide.

is my terse response to McConnell. To make sense of his logic, you have to step outside of democracy.

I don't want an old corporate type moderate, either. And I'd rather see what happens now rather than wait for it to play out over 100 days.

Who's on deck?

Will there be any blowback? No. I want to be proven wrong. Let's see the blowback.

Why doesn't McConnell go through the motions of the Constitution, have the hearings, and let his republican-majority Senate keep voting down the nominee? Why refuse to even have one hearing?

so the only solution is total blockage. This would indicate... the GOP leadership is not in control of their caucus but we knew that already.
