If the GOP is so intransigent does that mean there will be no replacement of Scalia if a Dem wins the White House. 4 - 8 years of vacancies is a long time. The GOP makes it clear that they will accept only judges as racist and bigoted as Scalia. They won't be happy until we have 9 Scalias or Alitos on the Supreme Court. Bizarro world is upon us these days.
