Why the GOP Senate refuses to hear a SCOTUS nominee, even though

there is a good chance they will see a Dem President and Senate next year.

There is a pending case that their Corporate Overlords don't want decided this year.

Just following the money.

Blocking an Obama nominee will not do them any good and will hurt them.

Unless they are just delusional, which isn't beyond possibility.

prevent the case being heard, by preventing this vote on a ninth justice. They don't and they know they don't.
