When did abuse of public office to advance Republican voter suppression become so incredibly blatant that the person blocking the voters will tweet that they better get into one of the vote-by-midnight lines if they still want to vote today.

Why not just tweet, "The lines are really long, so don't bother, plus we changed your registration to Independent"?
