10. Everyone is saying it is the Israeli company. Apple probably has no problem with them doing it

as it would not be a method that a hacker would use to steal your information. It probably cost the FBI around $30,000 to get it opened. And at the moment it will not work on an iPhone newer than the 5S.

It could be that they knew they wouldn't win their case, and prefer to throw in the towel and claim victory, rather than announce publicly that content like this is beyond their reach.

It would be part of an investigation, or simply intelligence info. There's no way you're going to see it, even if they do have it.
