Walker was the Koch's boy. He disappointed them really quick and dropped out. The Koch's put a lot of money into his candidacy and he lost it for them. Now the Koch's are getting behind Cruz and they went to Walker and said - here's how you can repay us. Endorse Cruz. And guess what Scotty - we might even let you be VP.
