(2,550 posts)When he first ran, I was at least a little interested. In the past he had a lot of left ideas and prior to his running I respected him a lot for business. I also wasn't a huge fan of Hillary.
Then I heard more Trump, jumped off the train and then heard Hillary at the first debate and jumped on her train.

Every candidate running had things that I liked about them, except Santorum.

His values are wrong, strict constructionism is wrong and he's slimy. But I believe he believes what he says and he's pretty stable in his views.

I would assume some people were actual supporters. There was never a time I said I'd vote for him.
