He was insistent on attending (it was free with a "money-back guarantee&quot ... and $500 of rent money later ... "Don't worry. You'll make 100 times that on your first deal ... and our stats say that, if you work the plan, that first deal will close by the end of the week!", he proved he was smarter than the suckers.
