Most Bundy case defendants seeking separate trials

MONDAY, JUNE 6TH 2016

LAS VEGAS (AP) Twelve of 19 defendants want separate trials in the .. case .. involving .. Cliven Bundy stemming from an armed standoff near his Bunkerville ranch.

The 70-year-old .. and three of his adult sons .. have filed documents .. seeking to sever their cases from the rest.

Seven defendants in the Las Vegas case are among 25 .. facing trial in September .. on .. charges stemming from .. occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge ...

One defendant in that case pleaded guilty last month to a conspiracy charge ...
