I know of folks who were sentenced to a variety of prison terms and even death

for one minute of rage. I don't get that father saying that his son shouldn't face a serious prison sentence for twenty minutes of rape.
Something has to give in this macho culture. It's not fair to the majority of the population - it's a violation of the rights of females everywhere. And I hope they fire the judge as well.

And of course everyone I know who were all so worried about the non-existent threat from transgender citizens in Target bathrooms are absolutely silent on actual, real world sexual assault.

makes is seem like he was drinking; tripped and his penis fell in her. It was a brutal rape and he most likely has done this before and will do it again once he is free.

this was fugging rape. No wonder the son is such a thoughtless criminal mess.

Surely this affluent white male athlete can't be held to the same standards as normal human beings?

Can he be re-sentenced? There was this similarly disgusting case in 2014 in which a grossly inadequate sentence of 31 days was changed to 10 years.

Of course, according to the judge, the 14-year old "victim looked older than her years and was "probably as much in control of the situation as was the defendant," so maybe the rapist was the real victim in that case, too.
