is that racist appeals should be in coded language. Phrases like:
states rights, or
culture of dependency, or
entitlement reform, or
voter fraud, or
welfare, or
crime
are all used to refer to black people. Trump is merely speaking clearly about things that the GOP will only say in private. Among white people.

Remember Romney's comment about the 47% of takers.

institutional racism and any and every type of racism.

The GOP does not do gridlock well, they usually self destruct and take as many other cons with them as possible! This is good for us, it means we get back the House and the SCOTUS.
