Oh Boy! Paul Ryan is back on his anti-poverty kick!

All this really means is he'll continue his efforts to gut any kind of welfare, medicare and social security - no matter who it hurts. He's been doing it for years. I am sure he'll vote in some hefty pay increases for him and his friends in congress while he's at it.

The best way to end many of our social ills is to get people working for decent wages. It won't fix everything, but it would sure be a start and one that we should have made a very long time ago.

Republicans seem to have some warped compulsion to beat up on anyone less fortunate than themselves while sanctimoniously flaunting their "faith". Jesus would overturn their carts.
