Trump speaking. It's a laughable, stupid speech to tepid response.

Nothing new, typical lies and generalities and the only thing remotely interesting was the protester disruption. I'm thinking protests should stop, so people will quit listening to him entirely. He's got nothing. Absolutely nothing.

I'm glad. Bernie will, I think, close that down.

He has a lot of exposure with the Trump Foundation committing a "clerical error" and giving a campaign donation.....

Lots of hecklers...Trump having a difficult time not yelling "Throw 'em out!" as people continue to interrupt his b.s. He did fall back to his "Crooked Hillary" line, to lots of cheers (which he wallowed in), but this is pretty mellow compared to most Trump rants.

My bet is that if the GOP pushes him in that direction he'll start going off in interviews and tweets and every other venue he can get. If the Democratic Party and Hillary and surrogates are smart they'll form, as we say in Seattle, The Legion of Boom. He shouldn't have a quiet moment.

toe the line. Him reading the teleprompter was almost funny it was so bad. And of course the speech itself didn't sound remotely like anything he would say.

I still don't think he is able to stick to it - especially in a one-on-one interview. He will eventually revert back to himself - a lose cannon. He will not be able to not brag on himself, condemn others, and therefore stick his foot in his mouth again.

NBC, the people who watched it and all who presented the racist predator Trump as a legitimate member of society need to explain themselves. Trump's bigotry was never a secret, his corruption never unknown.

an effort would be made to write a text to fit his normal cadence.

Then again, I guess a speechwriter would get tired of writing variations on "I'm the best" over and over again.
