I went to a vigil for Orlando tonight

I live in Thousand Oaks, CA. There were probably about 100 people who turned out and we stood at a huge intersection, with groups of us divided up between three of the corners. The response was overwhelmingly positive, as there were only about 4 people who reacted negatively as they drove by. There were hundreds of honks, thumbs up and waves. It was good to see so many people being supportive. There have been two other vigils in the county this week; one in Ventura and one in Simi Valley, so Ventura County has really been showing heart.

They streamed from Orlando to Hollywood and vice versa. Sister parks in Japan and Singapore streamed the main remembrance from the Florida Park for Universal employees to get together and grieve. The photos my daughter sent are incredibly moving. They've had a difficult time. The people that are visiting the Orlando park this week should keep that in mind...
